The Kerr Center for Sustainable Agriculture
Established in Oklahoma in 1965, the Kerr Center (then the “Agricultural Division” of the Kerr Foundation) was established to provide farmers and ranchers in the area with free technical assistance and information on how to improve their operations, with an emphasis on wise stewardship. In the 1980s, the Center acquired its current name and added a specific focus on sustainable agriculture that preserves natural resources, protects the natural environment, and improves the quality of life for farmers and ranchers.
Argus DesignWorks began working with the Kerr Center in 1998, creating custom graphics such as newsletters, brochures and advertisements. We built the website in 2000 as a basic HTML site and then migrated it into WordPress in 2006. We continue to work closely with the Kerr Center’s staff to update and maintain the site.
